My experience with Signet Circle is 100% satisfaction. Helen Perry is a delight to deal with and was incredibly prompt in sending me the proposed design for my approval, after receiving my initial request for a quote. I had provided Helen with details of my family's crest, shield and motto and in 'next to no time' I received a formal quote and proposed design, which I was more than happy to accept. Helen kept me advised as to the time frame and sent me photos of the finished engraved signet ring. Three days after paying the balance outstanding I received my new signet ring. I am in awe of both the quality of the superb engraving and the exquisite craftsmanship. I cannot praise Helen enough, for both her courtesy and professionalism and for delivering such exceptional signet rings. Thank you Helen for making the purchase so easy and hassle free.

From the moment I contacted Signet Circle, I received fantastic service. Helen was so accomodating through the entire process which made settling on a design and identifying the right ring size even more exciting. Helen provided a few options between my family's coat of arms and my family's crest. Once the design was decided, she kept in regular communication throughout each phase- updating me every step of the way. As soon as the ring was complete, she let me know immediately and I received the ring 2 days later. The ring's hand engraving is absolutely stunning and the size fits perfectly.
